Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Share whatever you know so far—your date, approximate quantity or guest count, location, colors, theme, inspiration, or even a half-formed idea. We can help you figure out the right next step.
Can I send a design, logo, character, or other inspiration?
Yes. Inspiration is helpful and we are happy to review it. If the request includes a trademark, copyrighted artwork, brand logo, character, or other protected material, permission may be required before reproduction. When possible, we can help explore an original direction that keeps the feel of your idea.
Does sending the form reserve my event date?
No. Sending an inquiry starts the review process but does not automatically reserve a date, confirm availability, or lock in pricing. We will review the details and follow up with the appropriate next step. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
