These terms provide a general framework for using the Your Story Creations website and requesting products, custom work, and creative event services.

Website Information
We aim to keep website descriptions accurate, but product availability, materials, colors, project options, service areas, pricing, and timing may change. A website inquiry alone does not reserve inventory, production time, or an event date.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not confirmed until the relevant design direction, quantity, materials or garment availability, pricing, requested timeline, and any required payment terms have been accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, wording, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalized details before final approval when a proof or confirmation is provided.
Customer-Provided Inspiration and Intellectual Property
You may provide inspiration to communicate style or direction. You are responsible for having the right to request reproduction of any logos, artwork, characters, photographs, trademarks, or other protected material you ask us to use. Inspiration does not guarantee that third-party artwork can be copied.
Creative Event Services
Standard On-Site Creative Experiences are self-guided unless a different service is expressly agreed in writing. Your Story Creations prepares, delivers, and sets up the agreed activity and does not automatically provide continuous facilitation, event planning, entertainment, child supervision, or venue management.
Venue and Safety Requirements
Customers are responsible for confirming that the venue permits the selected activity and provides any venue-controlled access, space, seating, utilities, or permissions identified before the event. Product and activity instructions should be followed, and minors should receive appropriate adult supervision.
Payments, Shipping, Changes, and Returns
Specific payment, shipping, cancellation, change, return, and refund terms may depend on the product or custom service. The applicable details will be shown or communicated before a purchase or booking is finalized. Personalized or made-to-order items may have different eligibility than standard non-custom products.
