Where We Ship

Eligible cups and personalized drinkware may be shipped within the United States. We confirm available shipping or pickup options for your order.

Processing and Needed-By Dates

Exact processing times will be displayed or confirmed for the specific order. Custom, personalized, seasonal, and larger-quantity orders may require additional preparation time. If your order is needed for a special occasion, include the needed-by date before the order is confirmed.

Shipping Charges and Tracking

Shipping charges, available methods, and any tracking information will be shown or communicated when the order flow is finalized. A shipping estimate is not the same as a guaranteed delivery date unless that commitment is expressly confirmed.

Custom and Personalized Items

Because personalized products are made for a specific customer or group, they may not qualify for the same return options as non-custom merchandise. Final return and remake rules will be stated before paid custom orders are accepted.
