What is included in an On-Site Creative Experience?

The standard On-Site Creative Experience includes preparation of the confirmed creative activity, delivery to the approved event location, and professional setup of the self-guided station. Pickup may also be arranged when applicable. The goal is to give your guests a creative activity while taking the station setup off your event to-do list. Tell us about your event to start discussing availability.

What kinds of activities can be set up on-site?

The On-Site Event Catalog can include Customize, Create, Signature Experiences, and Seasonal ideas, from personalization bars to hands-on making and rotating themed concepts. Are tables, chairs, linens, or event furniture included?

Not as part of the standard On-Site service. Tables, chairs, linens, and other event furniture are not included unless they are specifically discussed and agreed upon for your event. If your venue needs additional setup elements, mention them when you tell us about your event and we can discuss what may be possible.

Do you stay to facilitate the activity?

No, not as part of the standard service. The confirmed station is designed to be self-guided with clear instructions so guests can create at their own pace while the rest of the event continues. That gives the activity room to feel social and flexible without requiring the entire party to stop for a scheduled class.

Where are On-Site Creative Experiences available?

On-Site Creative Experiences are intended for eligible events in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. Exact availability depends on the venue location, date, setup needs, selected activity, and current schedule. For an event outside the local setup area, an eligible Creative Event Kit may be another way to bring a coordinated activity to your group.
