What can I customize?
Available custom apparel and accessories can include T-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, makeup bags, and other compatible bases. Start with the design you like, then choose the product, size, color, and quantity offered on that design.
Can I order matching pieces for a group or event?
Yes. Our Group Designs are made for birthdays, family trips, reunions, teams, girls’ trips, holidays, and other shared moments. Choose the design, add the wording offered on the listing, select the bases you need, and order online.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Choose Upload Your Design, select an available base, upload your artwork or inspiration, and place the order online. Customer-provided artwork is reviewed before production for print quality, compatibility, and applicable copyright or trademark restrictions.
What happens if my uploaded design cannot be produced?
We will contact you if the artwork needs a production change or cannot be used as submitted. We can discuss an original or adjusted direction when appropriate. If no approved alternative works, the affected custom item can be refunded.
